D. in the state. K Shivakumar is the Super CM. DK said that the transfer of BBMP officers should be brought to his notice. Shivakumar said. Thus D.K.Sivakumar is super CM. So there are total two Chief Ministers including CM and Super CM in the state. The government is denying that all the letters coming against the government are fake. The letter written by the MLA of his own party is also called fake. He accused that this government is fake.
Former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had brought to his notice that the BBMP contractors' association was asking for 65% commission from the Congress government.
The contractor who has done the work in BBMP has visited. He has appealed to the government to release money for the work done. When I was the Chief Minister, I made the stream line online for bill payment. He said that the money was released on the basis of the seniority of the work completed.
If Rahul Gandhi does not tolerate corruption, he should immediately intervene and direct the release of the contractor's bill. Otherwise, former Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai has criticized that the ATM is a proof for the Karnataka Congress Centre.
The contractor alleged that the contractor is now demanding bribe for the work done during the previous government. Asking bribes for the works of the previous government in all departments is common. The Chief Minister has kept silent about this. He alleged that this indicates his consent.
He said that he did not receive money for the transfer of CM. But, why are the orders transferred from his office getting changed? During our period we formed a committee of 3 people to bring transparency in the works. He said that those orders are not being followed now.
If the contractor stops working, the brand Bangalore will stop. How much commission should be received is like the negotiation going on in Sangrila Hotel, taking or giving bribe is both a crime. He said let's see what percentage the contractors agree to, whether they will be part of corruption or not.
